Sorry chocolate lovers, you can also say goodbye to candy bars, sugary treats, and most fruits (fruit juices and dried fruits included). Milk, yoghurt, and ice cream are out too, along with soft drinks, beer, and other alcoholic drinks that are high in carbs and sugar. Now for the more positive news. If you’re a vegetable lover, you’ll be happy to know that there are plenty of veggies you can still eat on the Keto Diet. Leafy greens like spinach, kale, and lettuce are excellent choices, as well as broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and zucchini. As for fruits, berries like blueberries and strawberries in moderation are good to go.
